Astritis Terms of Use Agreement.

Terms of use

  1. This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and Astritis Pro Accountants (“Astritis”, “us” or “we”), and you should carefully read this Agreement before using our website at www.astritis.com (the “Website”). We are willing to provide you with access to our Website or Services only on the condition that you accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all of its terms without change. If you are using our Website on behalf of a company or organization, such company or organization will also be considered a party to this Agreement.

Promotional Policy for Individual Income Tax Services

Effective Date: 01/01/2017
Applies to: Promotional rate of $60 for individual income tax preparation (regular rate: $95)

Non-Refundable Promotional Rate Policy

All tax preparation services purchased at the promotional rate of $60 (regularly $95) are strictly non-refundable.

By selecting this promotional offer, you agree to the following:

  1. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason after payment is made, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind or decision not to file.

    • Inability to provide required tax documents.

    • Discovery that your tax situation exceeds the scope of services included in the promotional offer.

    • You choose not to proceed after preparation has begun.

  2. Service delivery defined: Once you have paid the $60 promotional rate and Astritis has begun work on your individual income tax return (including but not limited to document review, data entry, or preparation), the fee is fully earned and non-refundable.

  3. Exception – service not rendered: If you pay the promotional rate but Astritis has not yet begun any work on your return, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment. No refunds will be issued after work has commenced or after 48 hours, whichever comes first.

  4. Upgrade to regular rate not permitted for refund purposes: Choosing the promotional rate is an intentional election of a discounted, non-refundable service. You cannot later request to pay the full $95 regular rate in exchange for refund eligibility.

  5. Dispute acknowledgment: You acknowledge that the promotional discount of $35 off the regular rate is offered in exchange for your agreement to these non-refundable terms.

Hourly Rates for Dedicated Accountant or Tax Expert Support

For clients requiring personalized, dedicated assistance beyond the standard tax preparation service, Astritis offers the following hourly rates:

  • Online (virtual) support – $95 per 1/2 hour
    Includes screen share, document review, real-time tax guidance, and virtual consultations.

  • In-person support – $150 per 1/2 hour
    Includes face-to-face meetings at our office or another mutually agreed location, personalized tax strategy, and hands-on document preparation assistance.

These hourly rates apply to services such as:

  • Ongoing tax planning and consulting.

  • Complex tax situation analysis.

  • Audit support or representation.

  • Dedicated one-on-one sessions with a senior tax expert.

Note: The promotional $60 tax preparation service does not include dedicated hourly support. If during the promotional service you require extensive consultation beyond standard preparation, you will be notified and may choose to switch to hourly billing at the applicable rate.
