Who we are and what this policy covers
Astritis Pro Accountants provides accounting, tax and advisory services. This policy applies to personal information submitted through this website and to information used to operate it. Read it alongside our Website Terms and the cookie disclosures below.
Our use of personal information is subject to applicable privacy legislation, including PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws where applicable. Additional protections under Québec’s Law 25 may apply.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact us, request a consultation or complete a form, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, selected service or office, and your message.
Personal-tax questionnaires, expense forms and tax-document submissions may contain financial, family, property, business or employment information, together with the documents you attach. A career application includes contact details, the selected opportunity, optional questions and any résumé or cover letter you choose to submit.
The website also records submission references, submission times and the consent given with a form. Provide only information relevant to your request. Use the designated file fields for requested documents; never submit passwords or bank login credentials.
Technical information and website operation
Operating and protecting the website may involve technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser or device information and security records. Our hosting, storage, content-delivery and font providers may receive technical information when delivering the website.
Your language preference is stored locally on your device. Unsent form answers and files are not automatically saved as a cross-session draft; submitted answers and attachments are stored in the website’s database.
This application does not add advertising or analytics cookies, precise-location tracking or device-fingerprinting tools. This statement does not mean that hosting providers process no technical information.
How we use your information
We use the information provided to respond to inquiries, communicate about our services, review questionnaires and documents, and provide accounting- and financial-related information relevant to your request. Career applications are used for recruitment review and to contact applicants.
We may also use relevant feedback and technical information to maintain security, troubleshoot problems, improve the website and make the experience more useful. Submitting an inquiry or form does not confirm an appointment or establish a professional engagement.
Service-related replies are distinct from unrelated marketing. Commercial electronic messages are subject to applicable consent, identification and unsubscribe requirements, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.
When information may be shared
We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide services to you. Necessary processing may involve providers supporting website hosting, database storage, delivery, security or the services you request.
Submitted questionnaires, documents and applications are not published through a public record-reading feature on this website. Links to external websites are governed by those websites’ privacy and cookie practices.
For office processing, a PDF of your completed form—including your answers and contact details—is emailed to Astritis at [email protected]. Original uploaded documents remain in the private submission inbox. Your own confirmation email contains only the form name and submission reference.
How information is protected
Share only information needed for your request. Do not send passwords or bank login credentials.
We take reasonable physical, electronic and procedural steps to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure and misuse. Access and handling should be appropriate to the information and the service involved.
No transmission over the Internet or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot promise absolute security. Please contact us if you have a concern about information you submitted.
Storage and retention
Submitted inquiries, questionnaires, client-form answers, applications and attachments are stored persistently so they can be reviewed and managed. The application does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to those submissions.
Retention and deletion may depend on the purpose of the information and applicable legal, accounting or professional record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about the information retained for your situation or to request its deletion; a request may be subject to those obligations.
Your requests and choices
You may contact us to ask about access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, retention, deletion or withdrawal of consent. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the records involved. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You may withdraw consent to commercial electronic messages using an available unsubscribe link or by contacting us. You can clear a saved language preference through your browser’s site-data settings.
Children’s information
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the website, contact us so we can review the situation.
Comments and accounts, if introduced
This redesign does not currently provide public comments or a self-service user-profile interface. If those features are introduced, their specific information-handling practices will be explained.
For comment features covered by the existing policy, comments and their metadata may be retained indefinitely to recognize follow-up comments and may be checked by an automated spam-detection service. For registered-user profiles, users may view, edit or delete their personal information, except for changes to a username; administrators may also view and edit profile information. These descriptions do not mean those features are currently enabled.
Cookies and local preferences
Cookies are small text files stored by a website on a computer or mobile device. Session cookies ordinarily end when a browser session closes; persistent cookies remain until expiry or deletion. Local storage can also remember a preference on your device.
The current redesign stores the language preference locally. It does not configure optional advertising, analytics or cross-site marketing tracking. The following categories explain the purposes described in the existing cookie policy; they are not a list of trackers currently installed.
Where applicable law requires consent for optional storage or tracking, appropriate information and choices must be provided before it is enabled. The redesign does not currently provide an advertising/analytics consent banner or cookie-settings widget, because those optional features are not configured.
Third-party websites and providers may have their own cookie practices. Review their policies when following external links or using third-party features. You can manage cookies and clear local site data in the privacy settings of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge. Blocking some technical storage may affect website functionality.
- Strictly necessary: technical operation, security, network management and accessibility.
- Functional and preference: remembering choices such as language, or optional embedded media and sharing features.
- Analytics and statistics: measuring visits, traffic sources and website performance, if such tools are enabled.
- Marketing and tracking: advertising personalization, campaign measurement or cross-site tracking, if introduced with the required consent.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy and its cookie disclosures as technology, legislation or our practices change. Revised wording will be posted on this page with an updated date. Please review it when using the website.

Public AI assistant and Cal.com booking
Ask Astritis is a public-information AI assistant. If you choose to use it, you must opt in before sending a question. Use it only for general public questions. Do not provide tax identification numbers, documents, passwords or other credentials, or contact details in the chat.
To provide a reply, your current question and a limited number of recent questions may be processed by a server-managed AI provider. The application does not store a chat transcript. This policy does not make representations about the provider’s retention, training, data-residency or other practices.
The assistant provides general information and links only. Its responses are not accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice and do not create a professional engagement. If you need help with a matter, use our Contact page.
If you choose the external Cal.com booking option, Cal.com—not the AI assistant—manages appointments. Cal.com may itself collect your name, email address, phone number where required, time zone and booking details to schedule the appointment and provide calendar, video or email services. Your use of Cal.com is subject to its Privacy Policy.
